EQUAL RIGHTS, EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

When we say rights it is a power, privilege, desired manner that protect us in our daily life. And when we say opportunity it is a good chance for advancement or progress to commit our goals.

Equal rights, equal opportunities. According to my research this article re-emphasizes that equal right and opportunities lead to improved health outcomes for women. Discrimination toward women is one of the most pervasive right violations. Yes! This true because it severely limits the ability of women and the communities they live in to protect and promote their health.

According to John F. Kenedy, if we know our rights we also know our responsibilities. We, humans are born to be free; we are born to have a right to live and opportunities to aim our dream in life.

We are the greatest mankind that have different status but the same rights and responsibilities in life. Our only problem is inequality, we have to be equalized or to be fair to each and other so that there will be no arguing and always remember that gender equality is good for our health.

RESPONDING TO CLIMATE CHANGE

Climate change, are you aware of our climate change? And do you care about it? Now, let’s talk about this. The elements that determine climate change though time as well as from place to place. Indirect evidence of it in the past is revealed in fossils, lake, ocean beds and soils. Scientists now clearly recognized that the greenhouse effect is being enhanced by human activities, including the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The reduction of ozone layer has become a serious concern, because the ozone layer serves as a shield against ultraviolet radiation and plays a role in maintaining the earth’s heat balance.

       Now, our earth is gradually destroyed because of this climate change but we can respond or save our earth by having a discipline to ourselves and plant more trees for the earth’s future.

MY REFLECTION

           

             Education education education. This is a greatest treasure that can our parents will give to us. When we say education we know that this is the key to commit our goals and success in life.

             As a student it is our privilege to gained some learning and discoveries from school that can enhanced our knowledge in everyday life. We've gained so many learning and discoveries in this grading period. All humans are made mistakes or not perfect and because of that we can encounter some problems and it is normal to us to have problems most specially in school like projects and assignments. And sometimes our problem is our teacher because there is a time that we cannot understand each other and sometimes I'm trying to convince him/her that my opinion about is something correct and because of that we'll start an argument to each other. But all the times we were trying to understand each other so that there will no trouble or misunderstanding.

              I'd addressed this challenges with no doubt. Moving on I will continue my good starting and I will make it more better.

          Look at the things around you. Our mother earth is gradually destroyed due to the wrong deeds of mankind. Our mother nature is crying because of us. If you care about our nature you can save it from destruction.

          One means of saving our planet from destruction is conserving energy.We can conserve energy by means of using it when its only necessary, because when we are using electricity our planet will lessen its energy.

           We must conserve energy to save our beloved mother nature from the destruction cause of lack of energy.

my teacher, my hero

            Every rise and sink of the sun increases the number of heroes. As you enter in school I see many heroes there. Heroes who sacrifice for the hope of the town and hero expands and shaping mind, we call them teachers. The school is the second home of a student like me and the teacher is our second parents in school. They are always concerned for the future of their students.

            I called them heroes because every time and every minute they release their own sweat just to teach and share their knowledge with us. Every day increases and expands my mind because of them. I’m so thankful to the Lord because there was heroes in our  the earth and none other than our precious teachers.

Every day, every hour, every minute, and every second increases the number of people who sacrifice for his fellow and it called hero. The hero is willing to sacrifice and pull the fragile road just for his beloved alike.

In our world today I see many quantitative and become a hero but it hurts and I see that this is strange. She is unusual in other mother in earth. I said to because this is really strange. She stands on her own feet as a true and loving mother and not only that, she also performed the duties of a father. I considered my mother as a hero because she coping to be a responsible mother and father to us. I’m very proud to my mother as a hero.

Until now, still continuing to sacrifice roles and should play my hero, none other than my mother.

Tatag ng Wikang Filipino, Lakas ng pagka - Pilipino

Every year our country is celebrating the Buwan ng Wika. The theme for this year is “ Tatag ng Wikang Filipino , Lakas ng pagka – Pilipino. We, Filipinos are celebrating this month because stand for one being citizen of our beloved country no other, the Philippines. This month is very unique because there are so many competitions or activity to be made like extemporaneous speech, essay writing, poster slogan and many more. This celebration shows that we love and proud to our country.

Wikang tagalog is our universal language of Filipinos, this is so strong and powerful because in our country there are so many dialects so some of us can’t understand each other but because of Wikang Filipino we can understand each other so I’m very thankful to former President Manuel L. Quezon because of him our universal language builds up to our country.

Until now, we, Filipinos are still loving and using our universal language to show that we are loyal and proud to our country, Philippines.

My reflection

         As a student , it's my privilege to gain some knowledge , learning or discoveries in our school. I know how hard to study is because I'm also a student that trying to study hard. There are some struggles in my life , many problems I have passed but some are still inside. As student it is normal to me to encountered some problems  but all of this problems made me stronger 

          I've discovered how to live and stand in my own and becoming independent. I've learned to solve my problems in my own decisions without the help of others.

          I have encountered some problems specially about my family and my projects in school but I faced and passed all this problems with no doubts so I'm very thankful to God for supporting and guiding me everyday.

          Moving on, I will prove to them that I can live without the help of the other people and I will continue what I have started until my last breath.

      There are some people who doesn't have a good health because they are lack of vitamins. Malnourished  children are spread around the global,because they don't want to take nutritious food like fruits and vegetables.They don't even take vitamins that is very helpful in our bodies.

        One biggest problem of our beloved mothers are their children,they don't want to eat vegetables and even fresh fruits.They should be practically cook food that full of nutrition,like vegetables,some fruits and give them vitamins to take and make their children fit and healthy.

        The SONA of the President contains about the problems of our country, his projects, and plans. I was disappointed of what the President said about the economy of our country but I was impressed to his projects and plans that makes our country more progressive. His SONA provided hope to those who are unemployed to find jobs and it renews the hope of every Filipino in achieving a clean government, quality life and healthy and peaceful environment.

         Until now there are some Filipino people who are expecting that the President will do more that makes our country improve.

                A pleasant day to you Mr. President. I am glad that I have given a chance to send you a message. Our country now has so many problems like poverty, pollution and rapid population. The poverty causes pollution and even a rapid population; because of these problems our country becomes worst.  Please help to improve and solve the major problems of our country.
